Have to wait for a credit card

I am founder and author of Sector Techno- a tech blog. I love to call myself that way. Some days back I was busy editing my tech blog's template and I am done with editing. The last thing that remain is to have a domain. I took that step too. But unfortunately I discovered that Google don't accepts debit cards. So, I need to have a credit card to have my own domain.
Nobody in my family posses a credit card or it would all have been simple. But this is another unfortunate occurrence. Now I don't even know the criteria to apply for a credit card.
